Crayola Products Put A New Spin on Fun in 2003
Expanded product lines offer more color, more fun and more creativity!

EASTON, Pa. -- The Crayola brand turns 100 this year and is heading into the next century by adding unusual and unexpected twists on its creativity tools to wow children and let them create in new and different ways! In 2003, Crayola will introduce Click em On Washable Markers, the only markers you can use to color, draw and build. Also new this year are Spider Writers, pens that can create a web of ink that creeps along on paper. Popular Crayola Twistables, a cool spin on classic crayons that twist up the coloring fun, now come in metallic and rainbow colors.

Crayola Click em On Washable Markers are the only markers kids can use to build, color and draw! Simply click the markers together to build different shapes and structures from a flashy fish to a fun Ferris wheel! These versatile markers come in 45 great washable colors that are available in 10-ct., 25-ct. and 45-ct. packages.

Crayola Spider Writers have a special, stretchy ink that let kids create wild, web-like designs. Simply squeeze the pen to release the ink onto your paper, lift your hand and the ink stretches to follow the pen across the page. Spider Writers can be used to decorate scrapbooks, book covers and journals. Available in a 2-ct. package of silver and gold pens or a 5-ct. with five cool metallic colors, Crayola Spider Writers will capture the attention of kids 7 and older!

Crayola Twistables, a cool, new twist on the classic Crayola crayon, offer older kids a hip coloring tool that’s fun to use and delivers loads of color. Now the Twistables line includes 16 new, brighter colors, an
8-ct. assortment of shimmery Metallic shades, and an 8-ct. pack of Rainbow Twistables, which have four cool colors in each stick to get kids’ imaginations spinning. Twistables require no peeling and no sharpening when the tips get worn down -- just twist and color! The sturdy crayon stick is less likely to break because it is housed in clear plastic, which also makes it easy to see how much crayon is left.
