Can't Find Cool Accessories for Your Room?
EASTON, Pa.,-- A girl's room is a very special place. The way it looks and feels is important, especially to girls age 8-12 who are developing that all-important sense of personal style. That's why Crayola products is introducing a line of Radical Room kits that let girls create their own decorative room accessories.
Radical Room kits include materials and instructions to make a totally radical lampshade, waste can, tissue holder, picture frame and light switch cover. The kit also comes with Crayola Gel FX and Metallic FX markers -- the new markers whose color "pops" right off of dark paper -- and glitter glue to decorate them. Six full-color idea cards are included, and stencils are available online, so picking a theme and designing a room is fun and easy. The kits are available in either black background or white background so there's a color scheme that fits any décor. Both leave plenty of room for creative self-expression, perfect for 'tween girls.
Radical Room kits retail for about $10 each and can be found at mass merchandise and toy stores nationwide beginning in June. All components are certified non-toxic by the Art & Creative Materials Institute.
